Job Description
The role partners with Business Development, Key Account, and Operations teams to design customer-centric supply chain solutions, support strategic opportunities, and drive business growth. The position focuses on solution development across Contract Logistics, Order Management, Control Tower, 4PL/LLP, and Digital Supply Chain solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand customer business requirements and identify supply chain improvement opportunities.
Design and develop end-to-end supply chain solutions aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
Lead and support RFQ, RFP, tender, and strategic business development opportunities.
Collaborate with Business Development, Key Account, Operations, and Product teams to develop winning proposals.
Develop solution concepts for Contract Logistics, Order Management, Control Tower, 4PL/LLP, and Digital Solutions.
Present solutions and value propositions to customers and internal stakeholders.
Support regional growth initiatives by driving innovative, scalable, and commercially viable solutions.
Experience in Supply Chain Solutions, Contract Logistics, Solution Design, Solution Consulting, or Solution Business Development.
Proven ability to analyze customer requirements and develop value-added supply chain solutions.
Experience leading or supporting RFQ, RFP, and tender processes.
Strong commercial acumen with a consultative and customer-focused approach.
Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and English communication skills, with experience working across regional and cross-functional teams
