Job Description
OVERVIEW
Location: Hanoi
For a prominent foreign consulting company
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare financial advisory reports covering Financial & Tax Due Diligence, Business Valuation, Purchase Price Allocation (PPA), Post-Merger Integration (PMI), IFRS Advisory, and Internal Control/Internal Audit, collaborating with FAS Managers, Japanese CPAs, and external valuation firms when required.
Engage with clients and management teams to understand business operations and expectations and incorporate insights into advisory deliverables.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Over 1 year of experience in Financial & Tax Due Diligence, Financial Valuation, IFRS Advisory, or Internal Control/Internal Audit within consulting or accounting firms.
Strong expertise in at least one of the following areas: Financial & Tax Due Diligence, IFRS, or Internal Control/Internal Audit.
