OVERVIEW

Location: Hanoi 
For a prominent foreign consulting company

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare financial advisory reports covering Financial & Tax Due Diligence, Business Valuation, Purchase Price Allocation (PPA), Post-Merger Integration (PMI), IFRS Advisory, and Internal Control/Internal Audit, collaborating with FAS Managers, Japanese CPAs, and external valuation firms when required. 

• Engage with clients and management teams to understand business operations and expectations and incorporate insights into advisory deliverables. 
   

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field

• Over 1 year of experience in Financial & Tax Due Diligence, Financial Valuation, IFRS Advisory, or Internal Control/Internal Audit within consulting or accounting firms.

• Strong expertise in at least one of the following areas: Financial & Tax Due Diligence, IFRS, or Internal Control/Internal Audit.
