• 戦略・ロードマップ策定: 事業目標に合致したIT戦略・長期ロードマップを策定し、最新トレンドに基づくインサイトを提供します。
• IT投資・案件の推進: 投資ポートフォリオの管理から、ROI・リスク等を定義した提案・アジャイル案件の推進までを主導します。
• 統括・ステークホルダー連携: ITリードとしてプロジェクトの価値創出を担保し、運営委員会やイベントへの参加を通じて事業部とIT部門を統括・統合します。
• 組織管理・ガバナンス: ビジネスアナリストのマネジメントのほか、リスク管理、コンプライアンス、BCP（事業継続計画）、ITガバナンスの運用をサポートします。

In this strategic leadership role, you will shape technology roadmaps, oversee IT investments, and ensure that digital solutions deliver measurable business value across the organization.

• Develop and execute IT strategies and long-term technology roadmaps that align with business objectives while providing insights on emerging technology trends.
• Lead IT investment planning, portfolio management, and business case development, ensuring projects deliver strong ROI and effectively manage risk.
• Partner with senior business leaders, IT teams, and executive stakeholders to drive digital transformation and maximize the value of technology initiatives.
• Oversee IT governance, risk management, compliance, business continuity planning (BCP), and support the management of Business Analysts.
• Represent IT in steering committees, business meetings, and strategic initiatives while fostering collaboration across global teams.

必須条件経験・資格：

• IT分野での10年以上の実務経験
• 事業部門のシニアマネジメントおよびIT経営層と関わったITビジネスパートナーシップの経験。

• 日本語および英語での高いコミュニケーション能力と対人関係スキル
• グローバルチームと効果的に協働できる能力。

• 日本語：流暢　
• 英語：中級/ビジネス

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in IT, including extensive experience as an IT Business Partner or in a similar strategic IT leadership role.
• Proven track record of partnering with senior business executives and IT leadership to deliver business-focused technology solutions.
• Experience leading IT strategy, digital transformation, portfolio management, and enterprise technology initiatives.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (in both Japanese and English)
• Strong leadership, influencing, and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with global, cross-functional teams
• Strategic mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Japanese: Fluent
• English: Business Level

• Experience within the building technology, smart buildings, construction, real estate, or facilities management industry.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture, IT governance, Agile delivery, and digital transformation frameworks.
• Experience managing technology investment portfolios and business case development.
• Familiarity with compliance, cybersecurity, and business continuity planning.
