弊社取引先の大手製造業の工場内にて、24時間/7日のシステム安定稼働を支えるIT運用チームでL1・L1.5サポートのお仕事です。
※英語使用について：日常英会話中級レベル以上の方を募集します。
使用システムが英語表記、チームや社内での会話も一部英語対応が必要です。
【仕事内容】
主にEWM/MESに関する以下の業務をお願いします。
・パスワードリセットの受付、業務データの復旧対応
・業務トラブルの情報取得、原因判別・影響調査、エスカレーション、復旧対応・確認
・その他各種問合せ対応
