Job Description
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect spend categories to achieve cost savings, service excellence, and supply continuity.
- Lead supplier selection, tendering, commercial negotiations, and contract management processes.
- Analyze spending, identify improvement opportunities, and implement value optimization initiatives.
- Manage relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders to drive quality, innovation, and operational performance.
- Negotiate commercial terms and ensure supplier agreements align with business requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement and productivity initiatives, delivering measurable cost and efficiency benefits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support procurement projects, risk management, and sourcing decisions.

Required Skills
Over 5-10 years of experience in Indirect Sourcing (Purchasing/Procurement) with solid saving realization [FMCG or Food industry is a plus]
Advanced Negotiation, Tender, Contracting, Supplier Relationship Management skills
Knowledge of general contracts
Industrial analysis, Spend analysis, Benchmarking, Inflation forecasting, “Should Cost” modeling • Excel, Power Point, Word
Both Japanese & English language (writing & speaking. above TOEIC 800 level)
