■職務内容
・バッテリー、DC/DCコンバータ、イコライザ、ヒューズボックス等のパワーネット関連電装部品の開発・検証・ライフサイクル管理
・車両パワーネット要件を満たし、電気アーキテクチャ内で信頼性高く機能する部品の選定・適合
・電気工学の基礎を有する方であれば新卒・若手も可
・CAN通信などの基本的なソフトウェア知識があれば尚可（必須ではない）

■主な業務内容
・パワーネット重要部品の開発・維持・技術的管理
・RFQ作成、サプライヤ提案評価、性能・コスト・インタフェース要件に基づく部品選定
・部品仕様書、技術要件、図面の作成・更新・リリース
・サプライヤと連携した部品レベル開発のリード
・開発フェーズにおける部品不具合解析・対応
・市場不具合に対する品質部門（QM）支援
・車両アーキテクチャ、試験、購買部門との調整・連携

■募集要件
・電気工学／コンピュータサイエンス／電子・通信系分野の学士または修士号を有すること。
・電気回路、電力分配および自動車電気システムに関する知識
・電気回路図、配線図、部品インタフェースの解釈能力
・車載通信プロトコル（CAN）に関する基礎知識（初歩的な知識でも十分であり、そこから知識を深めていくことが可能）
・部品レベルの電気試験・検証に関する知識
・技術仕様書、図面、エンジニアリング文書の作成スキル
・優れたコミュニケーション力および部門横断チームで業務を遂行する能力

・Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Science or a related field of Electronics communication Systems
・Strong foundational understanding of electrical circuits power distribution and automotive electrical systems.
・Ability to read and understand electrical schematics wiring diagrams and component interfaces.
・Basic understanding of automotive communication protocols especially CAN （even entry level knowledge is sufficient and can be built upon）.
・Familiarity with component level electrical testing and validation principles.
・Capability to prepare or interpret technical specifications drawings and engineering documents.
・Excellent communication and ability to work effectively in a cross functional team environment.
