グローバルヘルスケア企業において、日本国内の給与計算業務および関連プロセスの運営を担当いただきます。
給与計算業務の運営およびベンダーマネジメント
給与データの確認、承認、各種レポーティング
法令対応、監査対応、内部統制対応
グローバルチームとの連携および海外関係者との調整
業務改善・システム導入・組織再編関連プロジェクトへの参画
HR、Finance、外部ベンダーとの協業
※英語を用いたコミュニケーションが日常的に発生します。

Excel中級以上（Pivot Table、VLOOKUP等）

外資系企業でのPayroll経験
SAP、Workday、ADP等の利用経験
SOX対応や監査対応経験
