Launch your career in credit risk analysis and financial research with a globally recognized risk assessment organization. As a Credit Assessment Associate, you will analyze corporate creditworthiness, develop financial forecasting models, and produce investment research that supports critical business and investment decisions. Working alongside experienced analysts, you'll leverage AI-powered technologies and data-driven insights to evaluate companies and monitor capital markets, making a direct impact on clients across the globe.

• Develop corporate financial models, forecasting frameworks, and credit assessment analyses.
• Prepare investment research reports, internal memorandums, and financial recommendations for stakeholders.
• Utilize Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to improve research efficiency and data analysis.
• Monitor economic trends, capital markets, and industry developments affecting corporate credit quality.
• Participate in credit committee and board discussions by providing analytical insights to support corporate debt ratings and investment decisions.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 会計、ファイナンス、経済学など関連分野の学士号
• 企業財務、監査、経営コンサルティング、金融分析のいずれかにおける1〜2年以上の実務経験
• Microsoft Excelなどを用いた財務モデリング・定量分析の実務経験
• 生成AIやLLM（大規模言語モデル）を活用した業務経験または高い関心
• CFA（Chartered Financial Analyst）資格取得を目指している方、または学習経験をお持ちの方歓迎

• 数値データを正確に扱う高い注意力と品質意識

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 1-2 years of experience in corporate finance, financial analysis, auditing, management consulting, or a related field.
• Strong quantitative modelling skills using spreadsheet applications such as Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using Generative AI tools or Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance analytical workflows.
• Progress toward the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification is highly desirable.
