■急成長中のスーパーを展開する当社にて、海外の店舗拡大に向けて、新規の店舗開発における設計～施工の管理をメインにお任せします。
▼概要詳細
・店舗設計に関する実務：レイアウト考案～入札図、提出図面作成までの設計監理責任者（図面作成は外部業者）
・店舗建設に関する実務：入札実施～店舗竣工までのスケジュール、コスト、品質の責任者
・建設関連に関する家主との折衝（現地語主体のため、通訳を付ける事も可能）
・現地ローカルスタッフへの指導と監督
・営業本部長、営業各部門長との密なコミュニケーション

■不動産関連の知識
