主な責任:

• ラグジュアリーサービス基準のためのトレーニングプログラムを設計する
• ホテルスタッフにトレーニングセッションを提供する
• HRおよび部門長と共にトレーニングニーズを特定する
• 新しいチームメンバーをオンボードし、育成する
• 部門全体に継続的な学習文化を浸透させる

要件:

• 流暢な日本語と英語（両方でビジネスレベルが必須）
• ラグジュアリーまたは高級ホスピタリティでの経験
• ラグジュアリーサービス基準に基づくトレーニングの提供経験（例：フォーブス）
• 学習と開発における5年以上の経験
• 異文化トレーニングプログラムの経験
• ホスピタリティにおける人事慣行の知識
