• 大規模テクニカルプロジェクトの計画立案から実行・進捗管理・完了までを一貫してリードし、スケジュール・予算・品質目標を達成する

As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will bridge business and engineering teams, driving complex platform initiatives from planning through delivery while ensuring scalability, quality, and operational excellence across a global e-commerce ecosystem.

• Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects, ensuring objectives are achieved on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Partner with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and external partners to maintain clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate technical and operational risks using established project management methodologies.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, oversee change management processes, and facilitate effective cross-functional meetings.
• Continuously improve project management processes and delivery frameworks to optimise execution across large-scale engineering environments.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 5年以上のテクニカルプロジェクトマネジメント経験
• 多国籍・クロスファンクショナルなソフトウェア開発環境で複雑なプロジェクトをリードした経験
• AgileおよびWaterfall開発手法の実務経験
• JIRA、Confluenceなどのプロジェクト管理ツールの使用経験
• エンタープライズシステムや大規模Webサービス、デジタルプラットフォームのプロジェクト推進経験

• 優れたステークホルダーマネジメント能力と交渉力
• 高い課題解決力と論理的思考力
• 主体的に行動し、不確実な環境でも柔軟に対応できる能力
• ビジネスと技術の両面を理解し、プロジェクトを円滑に推進できるコミュニケーション能力

• 日本語：流暢レベル（ネイティブレベル歓迎）
• 英語：流暢レベル（TOEIC800点相当以上）

• PMPなどのプロジェクトマネジメント資格
• ソフトウェア開発、システムエンジニア、または品質保証（QA）の実務経験
• 大規模インターネットサービスやEコマースプラットフォームのプロジェクト経験

• 5+ years of hands-on project management experience leading complex technical projects within cross-cultural software development environments.
• Strong practical experience applying both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proven expertise using project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience delivering large-scale technology or digital platform initiatives with multiple stakeholders.

• Outstanding stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the confidence to navigate ambiguity.
• Proactive, self-driven mindset with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively bridge business objectives with technical execution while leading diverse teams.

• Japanese: Fluent (Native-level preferred).
• English: Fluent (Business-level, TOEIC 800+ equivalent).

• Professional project management certification such as PMP.
• Previous technical, software engineering, or Quality Assurance (QA) experience.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale internet platforms or e-commerce systems.
