Supervise and manage the company’s quality structure.
Plan in alignment with company policies and implement to achieve results.
Collaborate and coordinate with all departments to accomplish defined objectives.
Consolidate budgets and oversee departmental and company expenditures.
Support operations in compliance with company standards such as IATF16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001.
Maintain and control environmental management, 5S activities, and workplace safety.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree or higher, or at least 10 years of direct industry experience.
Completed training in quality management systems: ISO/IATF16949, ISO 9000, ISO 14001.
Proficient in precision measuring instruments and able to read engineering drawings.
Knowledgeable in Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP).
