Job Description
Position: Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and manage the sales team (currently 4 sales members).
· Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
· Drive new business development and acquire new customers. This is the company's top priority for the role.
· Coordinate with internal departments including Production, QC, and Administration to ensure smooth business operations.
· Report directly to the Japanese expatriate manager.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree or higher.
· Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the manufacturing industry.
· Previous experience as a Sales Manager.
· Proven track record in New Business Development.
· Strong sales mindset with the ability to generate new business opportunities independently.
· Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
· Japanese language: Intermediate level or above.
· English communication skills.
