Job Description
Responsibilities
Operate and oversee FB Press machines and daily production activities.
Perform machine setup, die change, parameter adjustment, and production line changeovers.
Monitor production output and ensure achievement of production targets.
Control product quality and ensure compliance with safety requirements and work standards.
Supervise and provide guidance to production operators on the shop floor.
Conduct on-the-job training (OJT) and promote safe working practices.
Troubleshoot machine and process-related issues and coordinate corrective actions.
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
Lead continuous improvement activities, including 5S, productivity improvement, yield improvement, downtime reduction, and cycle time reduction.
Support standardization and continuous improvement initiatives within the production area.
Qualification
Experience in FB Press, Parts Former, Cold Forging, Metal Forming, or related manufacturing processes.
Hands-on experience in machine setup, die change, machine adjustment, and troubleshooting.
Experience leading production operators and ensuring quality, safety, and production target achievement.
Familiar with 5S, Kaizen, productivity improvement, and continuous improvement activities.
