Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTIONSHR Business Partnering
  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies that support organizational objectives and workforce planning.

  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, HR policies, procedures, and HR systems.

  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, performance management, and offboarding activities.

Payroll & Rewards
  • Oversee the full payroll process for Singapore and coordinate payroll administration for Malaysia through external payroll service providers.

  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.

  • Administer employee benefits, insurance, leave management, tax-related matters, and other reward programs.

  • Support annual compensation reviews, bonus exercises, salary benchmarking, and promotion processes.

HR Operations & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal HR policies across Singapore and Malaysia.

  • Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, and HR reporting to support business decision-making.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for HR processes, systems, audits, and digital transformation projects.

  • Oversee office administration, workplace operations, facilities management, and vendor relationships.

Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

  • Partner with stakeholders to foster a positive employee experience and strengthen engagement across the organization.

  • Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance work culture.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience with strong exposure to:

    • HR Operations

    • Singapore and Malaysia Payroll Administration

    • Employment Legislation and Regulatory Compliance

    • Employee Relations

  • Proven experience managing outsourced payroll vendors.

  • Strong knowledge of Singapore and Malaysia employment laws, statutory requirements, and payroll regulations
