本ポジションでは、マレーシア事業全体の営業活動をリードしながら、新規顧客開拓および市場拡大を推進していただきます。
EMSサービス、商社機能、サプライチェーンソリューション、ビジネスコンサルティングを組み合わせた統合提案を行うため、高いコンサルティブセールス能力と事業開発力が求められます。
顧客との長期的な関係構築、市場シェア拡大、既存営業チームの育成を通じて、持続的な事業成長を実現する重要なポジションです。
主な業務内容
マレーシア拠点の営業活動および事業運営におけるリーダーシップの発揮
新規ビジネス開拓を推進し、新たな収益機会を創出
顧客とのエンゲージメント強化および長期的な戦略的関係の構築
顧客課題を深く理解し、最適なソリューションを提案するソリューション営業の推進
既存営業チームの指導・育成・サポートによる組織力強化
地域およびグローバル拠点の関係者と連携し、事業目標を達成
市場動向、競合情報、業界トレンドを分析し、営業戦略を検討
応募資格
学士号、修士号の保有者
BtoBの新規顧客開拓、ソリューション営業、コンサルティブセールスにおける実績が5年以上ある方
以下いずれかの業界経験者
EMS（電子機器受託製造サービス）
電子部品商社・ディストリビューター
医療機器
自動車関連
産業機器・工業製造
サプライチェーンソリューション
ステークホルダーのマネジメント能力と、顧客に長期的な価値を提供する統合ソリューションを提案できる方
日系企業文化を理解しながら、ローカルおよびグローバル関係者と円滑に連携できる方
