Job Descriptions
Manage and maintain the QMS in compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
Manage Failure Analysis activities, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
Plan, conduct, and manage internal audits, external audits, and certification audits.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action activities using structured problem-solving methodologies, including 8D.
Drive continual improvement projects and activities such as 5S, Kaizen, Zero Defect (ZD), and Total Quality Management (TQM).
Manage customer complaints, non-conformance issues, and corrective action processes.
Lead and develop Quality team through coaching and performance management.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Polymer, Material science, or related field.
Min 5 years of experience in a management position in Quality.
Certified QMS Lead Auditor.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements and
implementation.
Familiarity with Automotive Core Tools, including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA.
