本ポジションでは、営業戦略の立案から顧客開拓、チームマネジメントまで幅広く携わることができ、営業組織の中核として活躍いただきます。豊富な物流営業経験を活かしながら、インドネシア市場でさらなる事業拡大に貢献できるやりがいのある環境です。
職務内容
日系企業および外資系企業を中心とした新規顧客開拓と既存顧客への提案営業
輸配送、倉庫保管、在庫管理などを組み合わせた物流ソリューションの提案
見積書や提案資料の作成
顧客との条件交渉および契約対応
新規案件の立ち上げおよび社内関係部署との調整
営業計画、売上、収益性、案件進捗の管理および経営層への報告
営業チームの目標設定、進捗管理、メンバーの指導・育成
応募要件
3PL物流業界における法人営業経験5年以上
英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション能力
顧客ニーズを把握し、最適な物流ソリューションを提案できる能力
社内外の関係者と円滑に調整・交渉を行えるコミュニケーション力
営業計画や案件進捗、収益性を管理できるマネジメント能力
長期的にインドネシアで勤務できる方
インドネシア語スキルをお持ちの方大歓迎
