- Provide day-to-day production support for business-critical financial applications, ensuring system stability, performance, and availability.
- Investigate and resolve application issues through log analysis, SQL queries, and root cause analysis, working closely with development and infrastructure teams.
- Develop and maintain Python scripts and automation tools to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual support processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to support incident management, system enhancements, and ongoing application improvements.
