• Provide day-to-day production support for business-critical financial applications, ensuring system stability, performance, and availability.
• Investigate and resolve application issues through log analysis, SQL queries, and root cause analysis, working closely with development and infrastructure teams.
• Develop and maintain Python scripts and automation tools to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual support processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to support incident management, system enhancements, and ongoing application improvements.

• Proven experience in Application Support or Production Support within the banking, financial services, or capital markets industry.
• Strong technical skills in Python and SQL, with the ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application and data issues.
• Experience supporting financial systems in a production environment, with a solid understanding of incident management and root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in an English-speaking, global team environment.
