Legal Counsel 法務顧問 | (JPY 18M, WFH)



Our client, a global leader in the medical devices industry, is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their team. Key Responsibilities:


- Provide legal advice on corporate rights and obligations
- Draft contracts for leases, acquisitions, and sales
- Advise on cross-border legal matters in healthcare
- Support mergers and acquisitions legal processes


Qualifications:


- Qualified lawyer (bengoshi or foreign qualification)
- 3-6 years of experience in law firm or corporate legal field
- Native Japanese, Fluent English
- Cross-border legal engagement experience
- Healthcare industry experience
- Experience with contract law, including leases and acquisitions
- Familiarity with corporate legal rights and obligations

• 賃貸、買収、販売契約のドラフト作成
• 医療業界におけるクロスボーダーの法務問題に関する助言
• M&Aプロセスにおける法務サポート

応募資格
 

• 弁護士資格（日本または海外資格）
• 法律事務所または企業法務部門での3-6年の経験
• 日本語ネイティブ、英語流暢
• クロスボーダーの法務経験
• 医療業界での経験
• 契約法（賃貸、買収契約を含む）に関する経験
• 企業法務における権利および義務の知識
