主な責任:
- 担当セクションの調理業務を管理する
- 食材の品質と衛生を確保する
- チームメンバーを指導しサポートする
- 地元の食材を料理に活用する
- スムーズな運営のために上級シェフと調整する
- 食品廃棄物を削減し、コストを管理する
要件:
- 料理業務の経験（必須）
- 日本語でのコミュニケーション能力（必須）
- 強力な衛生管理スキル（必須）
- 薪火料理技術の経験があれば尚可だが必須ではない
- 日本の地元食材と料理の知識
- 高級ホスピタリティ環境で働く能力
