ダイキン発のジョイントベンチャーで、タンザニアでエアコンのサブスクリプション事業を、2019年のPoCから始め、顧客起点で商品・サービス・オペレーションを磨き込みながら、現在はダルエスサラームを中心に事業を拡大しており、すでに数千台規模まで成長しています。
今後は、タンザニアで培ってきた事業モデル、オペレーション、ソフトウェア、顧客理解を活かし、東南アジアを中心とした新たな市場への展開可能性を検討していきます。
Global Expansion Managerは、CEOと共に東南アジアを中心とした新規市場において、事業機会の探索、仮説検証、パートナー連携、社内外調整をリードするポジションです。
