業務内容:
- 採用チャンネルの設計と管理
- 顧客中心のブランドに合わせた採用エージェントの管理
- ソーシャルメディアやイベントを活用した採用マーケティング戦略の開発
- 小売およびファッション拡大のための人事業務の監督
- 経営陣との組織開発に関する協力
応募資格:
- 人事経験: 7～15年
- 採用経験: 5年以上
- 採用チャンネルの管理と成果達成の経験
- 新卒および中途採用の経験
- 採用エージェントの管理経験
- 採用マーケティング（例: ソーシャルメディア、イベント）の経験
