Solution Architect (JLPT N3+)

A global consulting firm is seeking a Solution Architect / Enterprise Integration Consultant to support a major life insurance transformation program for a leading global insurance company in Japan.

Responsibilities:
- Support the design of a new enterprise platform and future-state technology architecture
- Analyze existing applications and systems to identify integration requirements and improvement opportunities
- Design solution architectures, integration approaches, and end-to-end system flows
- Create architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and solution design materials
- Support business requirement gathering and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Collaborate with development teams, vendors, and project stakeholders during design and implementation activities
- Participate in architecture reviews, technical workshops, and solution discussions
- Recommend integration approaches utilizing APIs, middleware, and enterprise application connectivity
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives, scalability requirements, and enterprise technology standards
- Support project planning, stakeholder coordination, and transformation initiatives

- Hands-on experience as a Solution Architect, Integration Architect, or Technical Lead on enterprise transformation projects
- Direct experience in the life insurance industry, including insurance applications, operational systems, or core platforms
- Experience personally creating architecture diagrams, integration flows, system designs, and technical documentation
- Experience designing integrations using APIs, middleware, enterprise applications, and data flows
