Job Description
■職務内容■
購買部門のマネージャーの募集。
日系企業をメインに購買、サプライヤー開拓業務に従事いただきつつ、ベトナム人スタッフのサポート、指導も担っていただきます。
将来的には生産管理部門も統括いただくことが想定されます。
【具体的な業務内容】
・自社製品の製造に必要な各種部品の選定～調達
・サプライヤー開拓
・スタッフの指導
【人員構成】
購買部門5名（ベトナム人26～35歳）
【採用背景】
業務拡大に伴う人員増強
現在受注が拡大しており、ベトナムに第二工場建設も検討中。
購買部門の強化が必要となっております。

≪必須要件≫
・製造業での直接購買経験
≪歓迎要件≫
・図面の知識
・樹脂成形、プレスの知見
・ビジネスレベルの英語力
■オファー内容（勤務条件）■
≪給与≫ 2,500USD～3,000USD／月（Gross）、賞与あり
（上記はあくまで一例です。過去の経験と面接評価にて上下動いたします）
≪勤務地≫ ハナム（ハノイの北部）
ハノイ市内からの送迎があります。
【その他】
・年一回の日本への帰国費用支給。
・年1回昇給制度あり。
・住宅補助：要相談
・面接回数2回。WEB。
・勤務時間：08:00～17：00（月～金、隔週土曜）
