Company Overview 

Our client is a well-known international brand. They are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead all HR functions for their branch operations in PTP, Johor.

Key Responsibilities

•  Manage end-to-end recruitment and meet branch hiring KPIs.

•  Oversee key HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, incentives, and employee relations.

•  Drive corporate culture initiatives and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.

•  Partner with headquarters on HR projects such as employee engagement, manpower planning, organizational optimization, and talent reviews.

•  Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

•  Support business growth by ensuring timely onboarding of qualified talent.

Job Requirements

•  Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

•  Minimum 8 years of experience in recruitment and general HR management.

•  Strong knowledge of employee relations, compensation, talent acquisition, and HR best practices.

•  Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry is an advantage.

•  Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
