HRBP (Workplace at King Kaew, Samutprakan)
Position: HRBP
Location: King Kaew, Bang Plee, Samutprakan
Business: Manufacturing
Working hour: Monday – Friday, 8.00 AM – 17.00 PM
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as trusted advisor to business leaders, ensuring HR strategies and initiatives effectively support organizational objectives. driving workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, performance management, organizational effectiveness, and change initiatives to enhance business performance and employee engagement.
Provide strategic HR consultation and solutions that support business objectives.
Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate selection and onboarding.
Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to ensure a sustainable talent pipeline.
Facilitate performance improvement initiatives and corrective action plans when required.
Conduct investigations related to disciplinary actions, grievances, and policy violations.
Partner with Learning & Development teams to implement training initiatives that strengthen employee capabilities.
Participate in compensation benchmarking and market analysis activities.
Support annual compensation reviews, salary planning, and bonus administration processes.
Support organizational transformation, restructuring, and change management initiatives.
Ensure adherence to labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
Support HR audits and compliance reviews conducted by internal and external stakeholders.
Other tasks as assigned related with HRBP fields.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
This position, salary around 60,000 – 65,000 THB
Graduate in institution of education level, bachelor’s degree or higher in Laws, HROD, OD, Business Administration, Psychology or any related fields.
Experience around 6 years experience in HROD, HRBP
Knowledge in factory-related laws and regulations.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Change management and organizational development knowledge
Able to use computer literacy in MS Office, Excel
Able to use English in work.
Able to travel to work around King Kaew, Bang Plee, Samutprakan
