二輪・四輪関連製品を主力とし、複数の完成車メーカーへ技術力と品質で貢献している企業です。
また、製造拠点に加えて金型や電子部品などの関連領域にも取り組み、総合的なモノづくり体制を構築しています。
生産技術として工程改善や設備導入を主導しながら、さらなる品質向上・効率向上へ挑戦できる環境です。
職務内容- 生産設備・治具の仕様検討および外部パートナーとの技術調整
- 新規製品の量産立ち上げに伴う生産ライン整備と改善業務
- 生産工程の品質・効率を高めるための設備改善、プロセス改善
製造現場と連携した技術サポートや不具合対応
語学
- 英語：日常会話レベル
- インドネシア語：できれば尚可
必須
- 設備仕様検討ができ、外部設備メーカーと技術的にコミュニケーションできる方
- 給与：IDR 30,000,000 ～ 45,000,000（手取り、経験により応相談）
- THR（宗教手当）：1か月分
- ビザ取得費用：会社負担
- 加入保険：BPJS、海外旅行保険
- 住宅手当：応相談
- 社用車・ドライバー支給
