Your New Company A leading international project consulting and professional services group is expanding its presence across the Asia-Pacific region. With ambitious growth plans and a strong focus on operational excellence, the organization is seeking a senior regional leader to drive business integration, organizational alignment, and strategic transformation initiatives across multiple markets.

 

Your New Role As Director / Managing Director, Regional Strategy & Integration, you will be responsible for leading large-scale business integration and organizational transformation initiatives across the APAC region.

 

Working closely with senior leadership, you will establish scalable operating frameworks, drive governance and performance alignment, and build high-performing teams to support the company's regional growth ambitions. This is a highly visible leadership role for an executive who thrives in fast-paced, multi-country environments and has a proven track record of driving complex transformation programmes.

Key Responsibilities 1. Regional Strategy & Business Integration

  • Lead the integration of newly established or acquired business operations across multiple markets.

  • Develop and execute regional transformation roadmaps to achieve operational synergies and long-term growth objectives.

  • Drive alignment of business processes, organizational structures, and strategic priorities across countries.​‌

     

2. Governance & Operational Excellence

  • Establish regional governance frameworks, operating standards, and performance management systems.

  • Implement best practices and standardized processes to improve operational effectiveness.

  • Oversee organizational performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

 

3. Leadership & Organizational Development

  • Build, develop, and lead regional management teams.

  • Create strong organizational structures and succession plans to support future growth.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.

 

4. Strategic Planning & Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with senior executives to translate strategic objectives into actionable business plans.

  • Lead cross-functional and cross-border initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.

  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve business performance and organizational effectiveness.

 

5. Regional Expansion & Change Management

  • Support regional expansion initiatives and business transformation programmes.

  • Manage organizational change and ensure successful adoption across different markets and teams.

  • Strengthen collaboration and alignment across diverse cultural and business environments.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Extensive leadership experience in corporate strategy, business transformation, post-merger integration, organizational development, or related functions.

  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale transformation or integration initiatives across multiple countries.

  • Experience working within project-based, consulting, engineering, professional services, construction, infrastructure, or related industries is highly advantageous.

  • Strong understanding of organizational design, governance, and operational excellence.

  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Strong track record of building teams, driving change, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic and growth-oriented regional environment.
