お客様とのコミュニケーションを取りながら、現場の業務改善やスタッフマネジメントを行い、将来的にはリーダーやスーパーバイザーとして活躍いただけるポジションです。
主な業務
- 入出荷オペレーションの管理・サポート
- オペレーション計画の作成補助
- 作業スタッフの労務管理・マネジメント
- 作業指示書の作成
- 資材・在庫の数値管理
- 業務分析・各種レポート作成
- 業務改善・物流品質向上の推進
- クライアントとの調整・コミュニケーション
