職務内容：


- AIを活用した法務業務の効率化を主導
- 成長に伴う法的インフラの設計と更新
- M&Aや新規事業立ち上げに関する法務サービスの提供
- 法務部門におけるAI統合の推進
- 法令遵守のための内部統制システムの開発


- Lead AI-driven legal operational efficiency initiatives
- Design and update legal infrastructure for growth
- Provide legal services for M&A and new business launches
- Promote AI integration in legal department
- Develop internal control systems for legal compliance



応募資格：


- 日本語ネイティブ、ビジネスレベルの英語力
- 3年以上の企業または法律事務所での法務経験
- 日本語における法的契約書作成力（JLPT N1以上）
- テクノロジーやリーガルテックへの強い関心
- グローバル環境への適応力、英語および海外との協働に自信がある方
- AIを活用した法務業務の経験があれば尚可
- M&A法務サービスの経験があれば尚可
- 取締役会に関する日本の法的手続きに精通している方


- Native Japanese, Business English proficiency
- 3+ years legal practice experience in business or law firm
- Fluent Japanese (JLPT N1 minimum) for legal contracts
- Strong interest in technology and legal tech
- Adaptability to a global environment, comfortable with English and overseas collaboration
- Experience with AI-driven legal operations is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in M&A legal services is preferred but not mandatory
- Familiarity with Japanese legal procedures for board meetings
