Job Description
Create and manage project plans, schedules, documentation, and presentations.
Lead and manage project teams effectively.
Organize and facilitate internal and external meetings.
Maintain and share MoMs (Minutes of Meeting) and action items.
Engage and manage stakeholders at all levels.
Resolve project-related conflicts and ensure smooth delivery.
Track and report project progress and KPIs.

Required Skills
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure in data centers (Server, Storage, Middleware, Cloud).
Proven experience in leading implementation and operations teams.
Hands-on project management experience for Data Center programs.
Familiarity with managing both on-premises and cloud-based data centers.
Cloud migration experience is a plus.
Experience managing global Data Center engagements.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in handling large-scale Data Center transition programs.
Capability to estimate effort and scope for enterprise-level DC projects.
Solid knowledge of ITIL processes.
Proven experience managing large DC operations and implementation teams.
