Description
社内エンジニア向けの運用トレーニングおよびサポート業務を担当いただきます。
- システムトラブル訓練の運営（事前準備、当日のファシリテーション、事後対応）
- 訓練用コンテンツの設計・設定
- 業務レポートの作成・改善提案
- 社内ツールに関する問い合わせ対応およびマニュアル更新
- 関係部署との調整（メール、チャット、会議など）
