本ポジションでは、アジア太平洋地域のエンタープライズ企業を対象に、複雑な知的財産（IP）管理プロセスを効率的なデジタルワークフローへ変革するためのソリューション提案・導入支援を担当していただきます。

顧客の業務プロセスを分析し、最適なIP管理システムの設計・導入を支援するとともに、技術チームやプロダクトチームと連携しながら、企業のデジタルトランスフォーメーションを推進します。知的財産管理、SaaSソリューション、システム導入コンサルティングの経験を活かし、グローバルなテクノロジー環境でキャリアを築きたい方に最適なポジションです。

• 既存の知的財産管理プロセスや業務フローを分析し、システム要件や改善ポイントを特定
• 技術チームと連携し、顧客ニーズに合わせたIP管理ソリューションの設定・導入を推進
• レガシーシステムから最新デジタルプラットフォームへの移行戦略を策定
• ユーザー向けトレーニングやワークショップを実施し、システムの円滑な導入・定着を支援
• 顧客からの改善要望やフィードバックをプロダクト・エンジニアリングチームへ共有

A leading global software provider is seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Solutions Consultant to support enterprise customers across the Asia-Pacific region. In this role, you will help organizations transform complex intellectual property (IP) management processes into efficient digital workflows by implementing innovative software solutions.

Working closely with customers, technical teams, and product specialists, you will analyze business requirements, configure tailored IP platforms, and support successful digital transformation initiatives. This position is ideal for professionals with experience in IP management, legal technology, software consulting, and enterprise solution implementation who want to build their career in a global technology environment.

• Analyze existing intellectual property processes and workflows to identify software requirements and improvement opportunities.
• Configure and implement customized IP management solutions in collaboration with technical and development teams.
• Develop migration strategies to support users transitioning from legacy systems to modern digital platforms.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure successful software adoption and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate customer feedback and enhancement requests to product and engineering teams to improve platform capabilities.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 大学卒業以上
• 3年以上の知的財産管理、リーガルオペレーション、商標管理、または関連分野での実務経験
• 5年以上の特許管理、知的財産権管理、または法務関連ドキュメント業務に携わった経験
• IP管理ソフトウェアや知的財産管理システムの利用経験
• 技術的なビジネス文書を作成し、業務要件を具体的なソリューションへ落とし込む能力

• 顧客、技術チーム、社内関係者と効果的に連携できるコミュニケーション能力

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Over 3 years of professional experience in intellectual property management, legal operations, trademark administration, or related fields.
• Over 5 years of experience working with intellectual property rights, patent administration, or legal documentation processes.
• Hands-on experience using specialized IP management software or intellectual property tracking systems.
• Strong ability to create technical business documentation and translate business requirements into practical solutions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to manage complex operational challenges independently.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers and internal technical teams.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Adaptable and proactive approach to supporting digital transformation initiatives.

• English: Business to Intermediate level

• Experience with enterprise software implementation or SaaS solutions.
• Knowledge of patent lifecycle management, trademark systems, or innovation management platforms.
