• 顧客対応を担当する営業チームをリードし、売上目標および事業成長目標の達成を推進
• VP（Vice President）と連携し、営業プロセス改善や業務効率化施策を実行

• 営業メンバーの育成・指導を行い、高品質なカスタマーサポート体制を構築

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 大学卒業以上
• 3年以上の営業組織、カスタマーサービス部門、または顧客中心型ビジネスチームのマネジメント経験
• 金融市場、証券、外国為替（FX）、グローバル取引環境に関する知識
• リテールトレーディング、証券会社、金融商品、またはクライアントサービス領域での実務経験
• OTC（店頭取引）金融商品に関する日本国内の規制・コンプライアンス知識

• 優れた対人コミュニケーション能力およびステークホルダー対応力
• チームを牽引し、メンバーの成長を支援できるリーダーシップ

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Over 3 years of experience managing customer-focused sales teams or commercial departments with proven business success.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, securities, foreign exchange (FX), and global trading environments.
• Experience managing retail trading, brokerage, financial products, or client service operations.
• Knowledge of Japanese regulations related to OTC (Over-the-Counter) financial instruments.
