Job Description

As part of its next phase of growth, they are building a new AI-powered product that combines its established marketing SaaS customer base with advanced AI capabilities to redefine the customer experience.

To support this initiative, they are seeking a technical leader to drive the design and scaling of its AI-driven platform. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the CTO and VP of Engineering, shape the product architecture, make key technical decisions, and experience the thrill of rapidly scaling a product in a high-growth environment - while leveraging a modern technology stack including TypeScript, GCP, AlloyDB, and ClickHouse.

Required Skills

Requirements

  • Strong experience in server-side developing using TypeScript
  • Proven expertise in architecture and system design 
  • Hands-on experience building and driving AI-native development practices
  • Japanese language skills at N1 level or above 

Desired Skills 

  • Experience operating and optimizing cloud services on GCP
  • Experience as a Tech Lead, including defining technical direction, fostering a strong code review culture and mentoring engineers 
  • Understanding of sales and marketing tech domains
