・製造業を中心としたクライアントの経営戦略や業務改善、 DX化などに向けたコンサルティ ング業務をお任せします。
・クライアント企業が抱える経営課題に対し、 中長期的な視点から解決策を提案、実行支援をしていただきます。
■具体的には
・製造業のお客様への経営戦略立案
・コストダウンや品質業務改善の提案
・現場視点での業務改革、実行支援
・現場作業の標準化、技術／技能伝承
・DX化や生産性向上に向けたプロジェクト推進など

・生産管理／業務改善の経験
・メーカー等での技術系の業務経験
・事業創造（業界調査、新規事業支援、経営計画策定支援を含む）経験
・ IT推進（要件定義作成、 RFP作成等含む）経験 ← 大阪勤務希望の場合

・理系大学および理系学部卒
・顧客と建設的な折衝、コミュニケーショ ンが図れる方
