Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Service Engineer team.
Provide on-site installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting support.
Handle customer issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Plan and execute field service projects while maintaining quality standards.
Coordinate closely with customers and the Japan HQ.
Requirements
Native Korean speaker with business-level English.
Japanese and/or Vietnamese language skills are an advantage.
At least 3 years of experience managing service engineers.
Strong people management skills, including scheduling, training, performance, cost, profit, and spare parts/logistics management.
At least 5 years of experience as a Maintenance, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineer.
Experience in the semiconductor, PCB, or packaging substrate industry is preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and large equipment maintenance experience.
Willing to travel to customer sites for emergency support.
