Job Description
Location: Bac Ninh, Vietnam
Employment Type: Full-time
We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead and optimize our precision manufacturing operations specializing in rubber and plastic components.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead overall manufacturing operations and drive Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People Development (SQDCP).
Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
Improve productivity, OEE, quality, delivery performance, and cost efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement, automation, and digital manufacturing initiatives.
Lead cross-functional teams to support business growth and operational excellence.
Establish KPIs, performance dashboards, and a culture of accountability.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
15+ years of manufacturing experience, including 8+ years in a senior leadership role.
Strong background in precision engineering manufacturing.
Experience in rubber molding and/or plastic injection molding is highly preferred.
Proven track record in operational transformation, productivity improvement, and team leadership.
Mandarin and Vietnamese are required
