We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead and optimize our precision manufacturing operations specializing in rubber and plastic components.

• Lead overall manufacturing operations and drive Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People Development (SQDCP).

• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Improve productivity, OEE, quality, delivery performance, and cost efficiency.

• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and digital manufacturing initiatives.

• Lead cross-functional teams to support business growth and operational excellence.

• Establish KPIs, performance dashboards, and a culture of accountability.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

• 15+ years of manufacturing experience, including 8+ years in a senior leadership role.

• Strong background in precision engineering manufacturing.

• Experience in rubber molding and/or plastic injection molding is highly preferred.

• Proven track record in operational transformation, productivity improvement, and team leadership.

• Mandarin and Vietnamese are required
