Our client is a global manufacturing organization specializing in high‑precision engineered components for medical, industrial, and consumer applications. Join them now as an Automation Engineer to be a part of an ever-growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for machine automation, PLC programming, robotics integration, vision inspection systems, process improvement, equipment troubleshooting, and implementation of Industry 4.0 initiatives.
Job Descriptions
Design, develop, and implement manufacturing automation solutions.
Lead automation projects from concept, design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and production handover.
Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs and HMI interfaces.
Program and optimize industrial robots and gantry systems.
Maintain machine vision inspection systems.
Support automation for pick-and-place, assembly, inspection, packaging, and dispensing applications.
Integrate molding machines, dispensing systems, converting machines, conveyors, vision systems, barcode readers, leak testers, and peripheral equipment.
Improve OEE, cycle time, yield, and productivity through automation and continuous improvement projects.
Support Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen activities.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related discipline.
Min 3 years of experience in industrial automation, machine controls, or manufacturing engineering.
Experience in plastic injection molding, silicone dispensing, die-cut converting, assembly automation, or related manufacturing environment is preferred.
Pneumatic and electrical control systems.
AutoCAD Electrical or equivalent electrical design software.
Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485 and IATF 16949.
