The successful candidate will be responsible for machine automation, PLC programming, robotics integration, vision inspection systems, process improvement, equipment troubleshooting, and implementation of Industry 4.0 initiatives.

Job Descriptions

• Design, develop, and implement manufacturing automation solutions. 

• Lead automation projects from concept, design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and production handover. 

• Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs and HMI interfaces. 

• Program and optimize industrial robots and gantry systems.

• Maintain machine vision inspection systems. 

• Support automation for pick-and-place, assembly, inspection, packaging, and dispensing applications. 

• Integrate molding machines, dispensing systems, converting machines, conveyors, vision systems, barcode readers, leak testers, and peripheral equipment. 

• Improve OEE, cycle time, yield, and productivity through automation and continuous improvement projects. 

• Support Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen activities. 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related discipline. 

• Min 3 years of experience in industrial automation, machine controls, or manufacturing engineering. 

• Experience in plastic injection molding, silicone dispensing, die-cut converting, assembly automation, or related manufacturing environment is preferred. 

• Pneumatic and electrical control systems. 

• AutoCAD Electrical or equivalent electrical design software.

• Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485 and IATF 16949.
