新規リペアセンターにおける品質管理部門の責任者として、品質マネジメントシステム（QMS）の構築から運用、品質改善活動まで幅広く担当いただきます。
主な業務
- 品質管理体制（QMS）の設計・構築・運用
- 品質指標（KPI）、検査工程、SOP、品質マニュアルの策定
- グローバル顧客との品質窓口業務
- 品質監査・顧客監査対応
- クレーム対応および是正・予防処置（CAPA）の実施
- リチウムイオンバッテリーに関する危険物（DG）管理
- データ消去・情報セキュリティプロセスの構築
- ISO9001に基づく品質マネジメントの推進
- 品質エンジニア・検査スタッフのマネジメント・育成
- 海外チームとの品質改善プロジェクト推進

- ビジネスレベルの英語力
- 流暢な日本語力
