Our client, a lifestyle beauty brand , is seeking a Retail Training Manager to enhance their brand experience in Japan. This role offers the opportunity to lead training programs, improve customer experience, and drive sales across flagship stores and partnerships.
主な業務内容：
- スタッフのトレーニングとコーチングのための定期的な店舗訪問
- 新入社員向けの導入プログラムを実施し、製品知識を向上
- ミステリーショッピングの結果を分析し、顧客サービスを改善
- 全てのリテール店舗でブランド基準を厳守
- 本社のトレーニングチームにフィードバックと市場の洞察を提供
- リテールスタッフの販売スキルを向上させるトレーニングプログラムを主導
- 地域店舗マネージャーと連携し、戦略的一致を図る
応募資格：
- ラグジュアリー、化粧品、ファッション業界でのリテールトレーニングまたは営業経験5年以上
- リテールKPIとパフォーマンスドライバーの深い理解
- 日本語に堪能であること
- 英語または韓国語の高い言語能力（口頭および書面）
- 顧客中心の視点を持った優れたコーチングとフィードバックスキル
- 国内出張が可能な柔軟性
