社内ユーザー向けのITサポートおよびシステム運用を担当いただきます。安定したIT環境の維持と継続的な業務改善を推進いただくポジションです。

職務内容
- 社内ユーザー向けITサポートおよびトラブルシューティング（PC、モバイル端末、Microsoft 365、各種アプリケーション対応）
- ITインフラ・機器の導入、運用、保守管理（セットアップ、アップグレード、ITプロジェクト支援）
- ServiceNowを活用したインシデント管理および業務改善提案（ユーザーサポート、重要会議・事業運営支援を含む）
