- Develop and launch marketing campaigns targeting both customers and delivery partners.
- Lead initiatives to attract, engage, and retain users and driver partners.
- Oversee the full campaign lifecycle, from planning and creative execution to performance analysis and reporting.
- Enhance customer engagement across app notifications, email marketing, social media, and other digital channels.
- Analyze customer behavior, monitor KPIs, and track market trends and competitor activity.
- Work closely with local and regional teams to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.
