Japanese Account Manager / Inside Sales（ロンドン勤務）
職務概要日本市場の顧客を担当し、既存顧客の関係強化および新規ビジネス創出を担います。社内外の関係者と連携しながら、営業活動からオペレーション調整まで一貫して対応します。
主な業務内容日本企業顧客のアカウントマネジメント（関係構築・維持・拡大）
インサイドセールス活動（問い合わせ対応、提案、見積作成）
顧客ニーズに基づくソリューション提案および契約交渉
社内オペレーション・物流・カスタマーサービスチームとの連携
売上管理およびパイプラインの管理（CRM活用）
市場動向の分析およびビジネス機会の特定
問題発生時の調整および顧客対応
ビジネスレベルの日本語および英語（必須）
法人営業またはカスタマー対応の実務経験（2年以上が望ましい）
コミュニケーション能力および調整力
マルチタスク環境での業務遂行能力
MS Office、CRMツールの使用経験
物流・サプライチェーン分野の経験
海外就業または多文化環境での業務経験
