Job Description
- Sales business with the existing clients & trying to get new business
- Maintaing good relationship with clients, shipping lines, NVOCCS, Airlines , transporter, vendor etc by providing better services
- Monitoring all job related activites with clients and vendors,
- Communication with clients and s/line, airline and vendors
- Supervisory on CHA works, documentation, transportation etc.
- Track inbound and outbound shipments & ensure timely delivery and accuracy.
- Preparation of DSR
- Follow up and collection of payments.
- Taking corrective decision & actions on any incidental delays or deviations - Comparison of cost with budgets - Supervisory on timely submission of documents on internal and external audits &support.
